Our Child Development 2 students ended their Elementary Field Experiences by developing age appropriate lessons and putting them into practice while utilizing observed classroom management strategies and assessing student learning. Thank you to our field teachers who volunteered to mentor our future teachers!
A big thank you to our senior players and their parents for their dedication to the baseball program over the last 4 years.
Great day on the golf course! The team won the district championship, Trigg Lindahl took medalist honors, and Easton Stiers joined Trigg on the All-District Team. They advance to the state meet next week in Smithville.
The start time for today's varsity baseball game against Wellsville will be 5:00. There will be no JV game tonight.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! Thank you to your amazing teachers here at GCR-1 for everything you do for our students.
Our 4th graders had a great Arbor Day field trip! Congratulations to the Arbor Day poster/poetry contest winners - 1st place received a jar of fresh maple syrup and all winners received a tree from Pea Ridge, a gift card to the Deli, and an Arbor Day book! Special thanks to John Buckner, Bruce Cox, John Fleming, Mike Rood (Pea Ridge), the City of Hermann and the Downtown Deli.
Congratulations to the scholar bowl team on a great season and their second place finish at today’s state championships.

What a great day for our 15th Annual Special Olympics! Our Athletes were amazing, with many medals given! We couldn't host this event without the help of dedicated staff, volunteers and our wonderful sponsors. You make this event a reality and we appreciate you so much!
